RETURN POLICY

If there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to make things right. !YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY! All instruments must be returned within a 14 day window of the original purchase date. If the product arrives with a manufacturer’s defect or is not the right order, please contact us as soon as possible. As a customer, you have 7 days to notify us of any of these problems. The product must be returned in the same way it was received and in its original packaging. If there is any damage to the package due to transportation and handling when being delivered through the shipping company please contact the corresponding shipping company (FEDEX or USPS). Please feel free to let us know how we can help, regarding any doubt you may have to any of these problems. If you are buying Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, Microphones or In-Ear Headphones note these items can NOT be Exchanged or Returned and are NOT Refundable, due to Health and Disease Regulations.  

 

NO CASH REFUNDS

NO Cash refunds / Store Credit may Apply. NO Refunds or Returns on items that come in direct contact with the mouth or ear (Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, In-Ear Headphones etc.) New instruments: All new product MUST be returned in the same condition and in it’s original packaging it was received, without signs of usage such as the instrument being played, signs of scratches, stains, dents on the material etc. This also applies to all the accessories the instrument comes with: cases, mouthpieces, manuals and cleaning kits. The Instrument MUST be complete with all it’s accessories, manuals and warranties or there WILL be an additional return handling charge to your exchange or refund. Your Store Credit will be promptly processed when we have confirmed that your returned item meets these requirements. Store Credit Value on all returns are managed by what the item is valued at (at that given time), excluding shipping and handling. If the shipping was free at the time of your purchase then that shipping cost will automatically be deducted from your Store Credit. To avoid shipping costs on any product being returned, at your convenience, you can return the item directly to the store located at 5110 Whittier Blvd. East Los Angeles, CA 90022.

*There are NO exchanges or returns on cleaning kits, cleaning accessories, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, Fog Fluid, Special Orders, Books, CD’s or Videos.
*There are NO cash refunds on USED items (NO EXCEPTIONS) exchange only or store credit will be issued to you Restrictions Apply.
*If you are buying Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, In-Ear Monitors or Microphones NOTE these items can NOT be Exchanged and are NOT Refundable, due to California Health and Disease Regulations.


INTERNATIONAL POLICY:  SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items being Internationally Shipped are NOT applicable for returns or cash refunds (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you have any questions regarding damages to your package while being shipped please contact the corresponding shipping company (FEDEX or USPS). WARRANTY POLICY

All of our NEW Instruments have a 30 day Store Warranty, which apply only to the instruments with manufacturer defects. The instrument can ONLY be exchanged for the exact same instrument or you will be issued Store Credit. These instruments come with a manufacturer’s warranty (coverage depends on the company the instrument is manufactured in). All USED instruments have a 14 day return warranty NO Refunds, Store Credit ONLY. All AS-IS items NO Warranty, NO Refunds, NO Exchanges!!
